The following are parcels of select, gem quality opal rough direct from the Lambina Field in Australia. Each parcel is from the top 10% of the mine's production. There are no bad pieces in any of the lots.

It has literally taken years in the opal business to establish sources for this quality of material. The majority of an opal mine's production is low grade, thus there is far more low grade opal on the market. Trying to find top quality opal rough is not easy.
